Our Story
We are passionate about designing places that endure—respecting the land while creating lasting value for communities. Every parcel carries its own constraints and possibilities, and good planning begins by listening to both.
For more than two decades, we've helped landowners, developers, and municipalities move projects from raw potential to entitled reality across Colorado's most demanding mountain jurisdictions.
Our work sits at the intersection of policy and place. We read the topography, the code, and the community—then chart a path that holds up at the hearing table and on the ground for decades to come.

Principal
As principal, Cody leads every engagement personally—bringing deep familiarity with Aspen, Pitkin County, and Western Slope land use to each project. The approach is hands-on, candid, and oriented toward outcomes that work for the land and the people who'll live with it.
